More Diet advice.

Diet is the key therefore so important, I am always asked what can’t and can I eat. Louise (My Partner) is really getting into training and like everyone else she needs to clean up her diet. To help I have put this simple suggested food’s together to try and help her make a healthier choice. Her Protein intake is about 1grm per 1lb of body weight and Carb’s is about 1.5grms per 1lb of body weight.

Examples of Low Carbohydrate Diets.

Everyone knows who talks to me, I'm all for low carbohydrate diets. I think diets should not be hard work and just good old fashioned healthy eating. For a lot of people simply just kicking the junk food and the fast food they would be a lot healthier.  A few simple rules, get your carbs in early so you have the day to burn them off, make sure you eat clean and healthy as your day comes to a close and your due to cabbage out on the sofa.

One of our training routines.

This is one of our favorite training routines. We have done this for years. It takes some getting into as there is not a log of exercise's.
To get the best out of it, you must hit it hard with very little time between each exercise or set. So No mobiles and No chatting about last nights TV.
Always push for that one more rep and get your training partner to really push you.
Rep range wants to be around eight, if your getting loads more your weights are too light.

Get it right and you will be knacked but you will grow. We recommend only doing this for three to four weeks then have a break from it for two weeks.

Getting into the zone...the secret to nutrition success

Ok. As bodybuilders we have several objectives: 
1 to gain quality muscle 
2 to stabilize or even reduce BF 
3 to train and eat well so as to keep the above at a steady rate 

The way I see it is that many bodybuilders fall short with one or all these areas. God I know that I have many times over. 

The point I am making is that only a few can keep these three things going at all times.

Water !!!

It's so simple, yet so often ignored. Water. The stuff of life. About 70% of the earth is covered in it, the same as the amount found in your body. Water is needed for every single metabolic process, including protein synthesis. So if your training intensity is high, one of the simplest things you can do for your body is to drink more water.
