FOR MAINLAND UK
All items less than 1kg will be sent via royal mail, 1st class recorded delivery. All of our parcels are sent using recorded delivery. PLEASE NOTE all orders placed on an evening will be processed the following day.
All items over 1kg will be sent via parcel force on a 24 hour service. This service also requires a signature. PLEASE NOTE no deliveries will be made on a weekend e.g. if you place an order on a Thursday night it will be processed Friday morning and you will receive your parcel Monday as the 24 hour service does not cover weekends.
Please make sure that all delivery information is correct as if a parcel is delivered to the wrong address or the item is not signed for at the address you have given and we have to make a collection on your behalf you will be charged for all mistakes to be rectified with our courier and for a re-delivery to take place. If you do not want to request a re-delivery you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the fee for the incorrect delivery. These charges will also occur is a parcel is returned to us because nobody is present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. So please try and use a delivery address where someone will be there all day to sign for you parcel. Deliveries will be made any time between 8am and 5.30pm
We are sorry we only deliver to mainland UK at the moment but please contact us to discus delivery to other areas.
Please also note we will only ship to the registed and confirmed Paypal holders address.
Returns will only be accepted if product is found tobe faulty or not as you requested. Items that you dislike are don’t simply want anymore will not be accepted as returns.
